I’m an executive coach, a serial entrepreneur, and a specialist in working with leaders whose minds don’t work like everyone else’s. I know what it’s like to think differently - and to make that difference your greatest advantage.
Who am I?

. Born in Brussels, French mother, German Father.
. Not really interested in school, passed just above necessary grade.
. Launched first company at 22 (Culture, still existing today).
. Discovered India at 20,
. Discovered South America at 22.
. Became an Engineer at 23.
. Nearly died in an extreme ski accident.
. Earned a doctorate in Biotech Engineering at 28.
. Discovered working for an international corporation at 29 (China).
. Experienced the joy of being fired after just 3 months at a new company at 31.
. Learned how to build a successful startup from scratch at 31.
. Became a husband and father at 33, 35, 42.
. Discovered Leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring at 40 through IESE, ESADE, Wharton and HEC Paris
. Discovered fun ways to develop people and ideas at my own companies.
. Discovered Agility, Collective Intelligence and Sociocracy 3.0 at 41.
. Discovered meditation at 42.
. Discovered Impact-Driven Businesses and BCorps at 43.
. Exited from 5th Startup (Sold to Bertelsmann).
. Launched 6th Startup (Women's MentalHealth) at 48.
. Launched Kuma.partners at 50.
. Diagnosed with ADHD at 50 (my wife says that a formal diagnosis was not necessary) and launched www.neurodisruptors.com.
. Launched www.stralea.com at 52
. Happy to be working with CEOs and Leaders since over 15 years.
